Do you set up and clean up, or do we have to?

We do. Our team sets up the full patch before your guests arrive, runs the party, and cleans up afterward. The space is returned the way we found it.

How many children can a party handle?

Up to 100 children within our two packages. Larger groups are handled by inquiry, and we are glad to talk through what a bigger event needs.

How far do you travel for a party?

We are based in Worcester, PA and we bring the patch across Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties and Philadelphia, and further out when a booking calls for it. Tell us where you are and we will work the travel out with you. The service area page lists every town with its measured drive time.

How much space do you need?

Thirty by thirty feet is our recommended minimum, and it flexes to what you have. Yards, blacktops, gyms, and parking lots all work, and indoors is entirely fine. We confirm the layout with you when we plan your event.

Does the pumpkin patch make a mess?

Very little. The straw we set out looks like the real thing but is not, so it does not shed or scatter the way real straw does, and cleanup is quick. Our team clears everything at the end and returns the space the way we found it, indoors or out.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain is fine, and the party runs. Beyond that we do not hold rain dates. Where an indoor space is available, moving inside is usually the simplest answer, since indoor setups work well. Otherwise we reschedule. Your deposit is not refunded, and it is not lost either: it moves with the booking as credit. That credit is good for two years, and it is not limited to another party with us: it can be spent at any of the businesses under our parent company, PA Fun Co.

What ages is a party right for?

All ages. Picking a pumpkin and decorating it works for a two-year-old and for a fifth grader, and the carnival games scale to whoever is playing them. Nothing involves carving.

Is the party safe and supervised?

Our team runs every activity for the full event, from the picking rows to the decorating tables and the games. Crew size is set by the size of the party and what you book.

Supervision of the children stays with you. We are responsible for our staff, for running the activities, and for setup and cleanup; your teachers, staff, or parents stay responsible for the children they brought.

What paperwork can you provide for a school or company?

We are insured, and we run record checks on our crew. A standard certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available immediately, and a certificate naming your organization as additional insured can be requested, though the timing of that one rests with our insurance agent. We accept purchase orders and our terms are net 30. Tell us what else your office needs on paper, and we will work through it with you. Full detail is on the procurement page.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better. Fall dates are finite and weekends book first, so reserving early in the season secures the date you want. Midweek dates tend to stay open longer.
