Penn Pumpkin Co brings a complete pumpkin-patch party to schools, preschools, PTOs, offices, churches, and senior living communities across greater Philadelphia. We are insured, and we run record checks on our crew. A standard certificate of insurance is available immediately, and one naming your organization as additional insured can be requested. Purchase orders are accepted, and we invoice on net 30 terms.

How it runs

From first email to paid invoice.

  1. You send the date, the headcount, and the space. Three lines are enough for us to quote it.

  2. A $250 deposit holds the date. Your purchase order can follow while the date sits reserved, along with anything else your office needs from us.

  3. We arrive, set up, and run the party. Your staff keep their groups; our team runs every activity and clears the space afterward.

  4. We invoice on net 30 terms. No cart, no card at the door, and one point of contact throughout.

Space
Thirty by thirty feet is our recommended minimum. We flex it to the space you have.
Indoors
A gym, a hall, or a large room works.
Ages
All ages.
Crew
Staffing scales with the size of the party and what you book.
Supervision
We run the activities. Supervising the children stays with your own staff.
Weather
Light rain is fine and the party runs. We hold no rain dates; in worse weather we reschedule, and your deposit carries over as credit for two years. Spend that credit on another party with us, or at any of the businesses under our parent company, PA Fun Co.
Paperwork
We are insured, and we run record checks on our crew. A standard certificate of insurance is available immediately. A certificate naming your organization as additional insured can be requested, though the timing of that one rests with our insurance agent. Tell us what else your office needs on paper, and we will work through it with you.

Do you work with schools and companies, or only private hosts?

Organizations are most of what we do. Schools, preschools, PTOs, offices, churches, and senior living communities book the majority of our parties each autumn.

What does an organization need to send us before the date is held?

A date, a headcount, and a description of the space. A $250 deposit holds the date. If your office needs anything from us on paper, tell us what it asks for and we will work through it with you.

How much does a pumpkin-patch party cost for an organization?

Two flat prices. $599 covers up to 50 children over 60 minutes, and $799 covers up to 100 children over 90 minutes. Extra pumpkins run $75 per additional 50, and extra time runs $75 per additional 30 minutes.

What if we expect more than 100 children?

Tell us the number and we will quote it. Above 100 children we quote by inquiry, because both the crew and the pumpkin count scale with the headcount.
