Corporate and office

An employee family day people show up for.

We bring the patch to your lot, your courtyard, or your lobby, and run it around the working day.

Penn Pumpkin Co brings fall family events to offices and corporate campuses across greater Philadelphia, including the King of Prussia, Blue Bell, Horsham, and Great Valley corridors. Our team sets up, runs the event, and clears the space the same day.

What planners raise

What facilities and finance will ask.

Justifying the spend

One flat price, booked as an event and not a project. $599 covers up to 50 children for 60 minutes, and $799 covers up to 100 for 90. There is no per-head reconciliation afterward.

A headcount nobody can predict

Registration for a family day rarely matches attendance in either direction. Book the package that matches your realistic count, and extra pumpkins run $75 per additional 50 if the turnout surprises you.

Fitting it around a working day

A 60-minute window sits comfortably at the end of a Friday or across an extended lunch, and a 90-minute window suits a Saturday. Setup happens before your window opens, so nobody spends their break watching us unload.

Where it goes on a corporate campus

A cordoned section of parking lot is our most common corporate setup, and a courtyard or a lawn works equally well. Facilities usually asks about surface and access first: blacktop is fine, and we carry everything in ourselves.

Vendor onboarding that moves slower than the calendar

Procurement takes the time it takes. Hold the date with the $250 deposit and let the paperwork catch up while it sits reserved. We are insured, and we run record checks on our crew. A standard certificate of insurance and a W-9 are available immediately, and a certificate naming your organization as additional insured can be requested. Send us what your vendor portal asks for and we will work through it with you.

Whose children are whose

Employees stay with their own families. Our crew runs the picking, the decorating tables, and the games, and supervision of any child stays with the adult who brought them.

More than one location

The same event, at three addresses.

Companies with several sites in the region often want the same afternoon at each one, so no family has to drive to headquarters. Tell us the addresses and the dates you have in mind, and we will quote them together.

Every site is priced as its own event, because each one needs its own crew, its own pumpkins, and its own setup. Booking them together gives you one contact, one set of paperwork, and a calendar that already accounts for the travel between them.

The details

What we confirm before a corporate date.

Forward this section to facilities and HR as it stands.

Space
Thirty by thirty feet is our recommended minimum. We flex it to the space you have.
Indoors
A gym, a hall, or a large room works.
Ages
All ages.
Crew
Staffing scales with the size of the party and what you book.
Supervision
We run the activities. Supervising the children stays with your own staff.
Weather
Light rain is fine and the party runs. We hold no rain dates; in worse weather we reschedule, and your deposit carries over as credit for two years. Spend that credit on another party with us, or at any of the businesses under our parent company, PA Fun Co.
Paperwork
We are insured, and we run record checks on our crew. A standard certificate of insurance is available immediately. A certificate naming your organization as additional insured can be requested, though the timing of that one rests with our insurance agent. Tell us what else your office needs on paper, and we will work through it with you.

Corporate event questions.

Can a pumpkin patch event run in an office parking lot?

Yes. A cordoned section of lot is the most common corporate setup. Thirty by thirty feet is our recommended minimum and it flexes. If the weather turns, a lobby or a large room works.

What is a good fall activity for an office family day?

Pumpkin picking, no-carve decorating, fall carnival games, and music, all staffed by our team. Every age takes part, which matters with a mixed employee crowd.

How long does a corporate fall event run?

Sixty minutes for up to 50 children, or 90 minutes for up to 100. Additional time runs $75 per 30 minutes if you want a longer window.

Do you invoice a company directly?

Yes. We accept purchase orders and our terms are net 30. A $250 deposit holds the date and is credited against the final invoice.

What happens if the weather turns on the day?

Light rain is fine and the event runs. We do not hold rain dates, so in worse weather we move inside where a lobby or a large room is available. Otherwise we reschedule, and your deposit moves to the new date as credit good for two years.

An hour outside, and a pumpkin on every desk by Monday.

Send the date, the site, and the number of children you expect, and we will quote it.
