You pick the date and the place; we handle everything else. Our team arrives ahead of your party, sets up the full pumpkin patch, runs the event, and cleans up afterward. You gather your people, and we bring the harvest.
The day, step by step.
Book your date
Choose a package by headcount and check availability. Fall weekends go first, so the earlier the better.
We plan with you
A quick confirmation of space, timing, and any details for your group. One conversation covers it.
We arrive and set up
The patch, the games, and the music, ready before your guests are. You will not lift a pumpkin.
We run the party
Pumpkin picking, decorating, and fall carnival games, staffed by our team for the full 60 or 90 minutes. You are a guest at your own event.
We clean up and go
The space is returned the way we found it. No mess is left behind, and nothing is yours to haul.
Space and setup.
Thirty by thirty feet is our recommended minimum, and it flexes to the space you have. Yards, blacktops, gyms, and parking lots all work, and indoors is entirely fine. The straw in the patch looks like the real thing but is not, so an indoor setup leaves very little behind and clears quickly. We confirm the layout with you when we plan your event.
Weather and the rain plan.
Light rain is fine, and the party runs. Beyond that the policy is simple: we do not hold rain dates. Where there is an indoor space, moving inside is usually the easiest answer. Otherwise we reschedule, and your deposit moves with the booking as credit good for two years.
Ages and supervision.
All ages. Picking and decorating suit a toddler and a fifth grader equally, nothing involves carving, and the games scale to whoever is playing them. Crew size is set by the size of the party and what you book.
Supervision of the children stays with you. We are responsible for our staff, for running every activity, and for setup and cleanup. Your teachers, staff, or parents stay with their own groups, the way they would for an assembly.
Paperwork, handled like everything else.
We work with schools, daycares, PTOs, and companies across greater Philadelphia. From booking to cleanup, you have one point of contact who knows your event.

Farms are wonderful, and we grew up on them. For groups of young children, bringing the patch to your own space is simply easier to run.
