Only if you ask at the start. Removal is a separate add-on, priced by the size of the display.
Penn Pumpkin Co removes a display only when removal has been added to the booking. It runs from $75 to $175 depending on the package, we collect around Thanksgiving, and the pumpkins are donated to a local animal farm.
What removal costs on each display.
The fee follows the size of the display, the way the package price does.

Delivery is charged separately. On our three larger packages, it is free within 45 minutes of our Worcester base.
When we collect.
Around Thanksgiving. A display delivered in the second half of September is therefore up for roughly two months, and one delivered in late October for about four weeks.
Add removal when you book, so it is on the order from the start.
Where the pumpkins go.
Displays we remove are donated to a local animal farm. On a large package that is fifty-odd pumpkins going to the animals.
Ask any decorator who offers removal where the pumpkins end up. Somebody has to deal with several hundred pounds of produce.
If you skip it.
Then the display is yours to clear. That is 22 counted pumpkins on the smallest package and 52 on the largest, plus the white ghosts, minis, gourds, and any hay bales.
Whole uncarved pumpkins compost well, and many townships collect yard waste on a seasonal schedule. Check your own township's dates, since they differ across the five counties. Hay bales are the awkward part. They are heavy once wet, and they do not fit a bin.
