Do I need to be home for the removal?

No. Removal works the same way as the install, and we collect around Thanksgiving.

What if my entrance is behind a gate?

Tell us when you book. Anything that could keep a crew from reaching the front steps helps us plan the visit: a locked gate, a dog in the yard, a shared driveway.

No. Delivery, installation, and end-of-season removal all happen without anyone home. Many of our customers first see their display the way their neighbors do, pulling into the driveway.

Things to tell us when you book.

Being out is fine. A locked gate is the one thing that can stop us at the curb, so a line at booking saves a call on the day.

A locked gate, a coded entry, or a shared driveway.
A dog with the run of the front yard.
Which entrance you want dressed, if the house has more than one.
Anything on the steps that should not be moved.

At the end of the season.

If you have added removal, we collect the display around Thanksgiving, and that visit works the same way. Here is what removal costs on each package.
